OFFICE POLICIES: Appointments with Dr Pia are scheduled:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 1-6 pm
Friday 9am -1pm
Please come 15 minutes early before your first appointment if you need to fill out medical history forms. They will be sent via Email so you can fill them out in advance and save time. There is a charge for missed appointments that are not canceled 24 hours in advance. Payment is required at the time of service. We will assist you in filing the appropriate forms to receive insurance reimbursement. Dr Pia is not part of any HMO panel or managed care organization.
